Our client is a leading Restoration & Reconstruction company looking for an experienced General Manager to run their Spartanburg, SC operations. If you know water, fire, and mold restoration inside and out-and you're a natural leader-this is your chance to make a big impact.
What You'll Do:
Lead and manage restoration crews daily Keep projects on schedule and on budget Train, mentor, and grow your team Ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
What You Bring:
5+ years in restoration (water, fire, mold) 4+ years in management Strong leadership & organizational skills Valid driver's license (IICRC certs preferred)
Salary and Benefits:
