Showcasing your culinary skills by prepping our famous dishes and cooking to order. No experience with a saut pan? Dont worry well provide the training you need! Ensuring every dish is prepared with consistency, quality, and presentation in mind. Developing and refining your culinary techniques through hands-on training. Thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment where collaboration and communication are key. Effectively managing multiple tasks to meet guest expectations in a timely manner. Keeping the restaurant clean and organized, meeting food safety and sanitation standards. Demonstrating dependability, positivity, and a can-do attitude to support your team and contribute to a great work environment. Meeting the physical requirements of the role, which may include, but are not limited to, standing for long periods, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing routine restaurant tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation. Having the ability to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. Having availability for night, weekend, and holiday shifts is a plus.
