_*What You’ll Be Doing:*_

As a *Shift Leader*, you're not just helping run the show—you’re building the vibe. You’ll guide, support, and coach your team to create awesome guest experiences, maintain high standards, and keep things flowing when the manager is off-duty. * Lead and energize your team during shifts * Be the go-to for guest satisfaction and crew motivation * Communicate LTOs and menu updates like a pro * Jump in wherever needed—FOH, admin, deliveries, training—you’ve got this * Keep things clean, organized, and fun * Support hiring, training, and developing our next round of LUN-A-TICS * Be a culture carrier—because our people ARE the brand

_*What We’re Looking For:*_ * Must have a *minimum of 1 year Restaurant leadership experience REQUIRED* * Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S. * Leadership vibes with a heart for hospitality * Great communicator with a can-do attitude * Responsible, dependable, and detail-oriented * Loves teamwork, fast-paced fun, and Mediterranean food * Ready to learn and grow with a supportive team
