Job Summary
W e are seeking reliable and customer-focused individuals to join our mail services team. This role is ideal for those with a background in restaurant service who are accustomed to fast-paced environments, being on their feet, and delivering high levels of customer service. The Mailroom Package Handler will be responsible for the receipt, sorting, tracking, and delivery of inbound and outbound mail and packages across a corporate campus.
Key Responsibilities Receive, sort, and process inbound USPS and accountable packages. Check in and deliver USPS and accountable packages using chain of custody tracking technology. Retrieve outbound mail and packages from designated mail hubs. Create and print FedEx shipping labels. Walk and stand for 4–6 hours per day to complete deliveries across a two-building corporate campus with multiple floors (indoor access only). Ensure accurate delivery and tracking of all items while maintaining high levels of customer service.
Required Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to walk and stand for extended periods (4–6 hours daily). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Comfortable using basic technology and POS systems.
Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality roles (servers, host/hostess, etc.). No prior mailroom experience required—on-the-job training will be provided.
