Defuego is a fast-paced, busy restaurant seeking enthusiastic servers to join our team. We strongly prefer candidates with bartending experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service in a high-energy environment

• Take accurate food and drink orders, including bartending duties

• Recommend menu items and specialty cocktails

• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally

• Handle payments and operate POS systems

• Maintain clean and organized tables and work areas

• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for timely and correct order delivery

• Address guest concerns and ensure an enjoyable dining experience

Qualifications:

• Prior serving experience in a busy, fast-paced restaurant

• Bartending experience strongly preferred

• Friendly, award winning attitude; able to multitask and perform under pressure

• Reliable and punctual

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
