Compensation Range: $28.00/Hour (This is a tip pool eligible role)

What You'll Do: At Casa Bonita, every team member plays a vital role in creating memorable dining and entertainment experiences for our guests. The Table Attendant is responsible for providing recommendations, ensuring high-quality service, maintaining cleanliness, and coordinating with leadership to address guest concerns while upholding Casa Bonita's high standards of hospitality and beverage service.
Responsibilities: Welcome and engage with all guests to create a memorable experience Anticipate guest's wants and needs and offer food/drink/activity recommendations Demonstrate menu knowledge, including ingredients and modifications, if applicable Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly and in compliance with regulations Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction Assist in running food, refilling beverages, sopapillas, and/or salsa Pre-bus tables to ensure quick turnarounds and a clean dining space Wrap and prepare silverware for service Assist in performing the duties of a Table Assistant and Guest Services Attendant as needed Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by any manager or VP of Operations based on business needs
Qualifications/Skills: 18+ years of age At least 2 years of serving experience in a high-volume setting Strong interpersonal and communication skills Passionate about serving others Strong conflict resolution skills to provide exceptional service and maintain a positive guest experience Able to communicate effectively in English Must have reliable form of transportation and be able to work flexible shifts, inclusive of weekends, days, late nights, and holidays
Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish ServSafe Alcohol certification
Physical & Environmental Demands: Able to distinguish colors and see both up close and at a distance Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Able to use manual dexterity, gross motor skills, and fine motor skills Must be able to walk at least 10,000 steps per shift, including stairs, inclines, and declines Able to pivot, transition between seated and standing positions, kneel, stoop, and lift throughout shifts Able to work in confined spaces Comfortable working in loud, distracting environments Able to multitask and work efficiently with speed, accuracy, and composure in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant and entertainment venue under pressure
