Position Summary Oak View Group is searching for people to join our team at an Exclusive Members Only Club known as the Ra Ra Room by Major Food Group and Oak View Group in downtown Phoenix. This fine dining concept is hiring experienced hospitality professionals with a strong work ethic to help set and maintain the highest standards of cuisine and professionalism.
As a valuable addition to our team, you must ensure that guests have a pleasant and memorable dining experience. The ideal candidates will be passionate and have a commanding knowledge about food, wine, and service in general. These individuals will be the key points of contact for guests throughout their dining experience. They must have the ability to work well with the team and provide the utmost level of hospitality to our guests.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $12.00 and is tip eligible

This position will remain open until October 17th, 2025
Responsibilities
Anticipate guests’ needs and ensure that service meets/exceeds expectations to ensure a memorable and pleasant dining experience.
Inspect dining room, table settings, chairs, floors, proper maintenance, cleanliness and safety.
Receive and greet members guests; assist with seating if necessary.
Check tables throughout service times for guest satisfaction, and resolve guest issues.
Maintain knowledge of menu and presentation standards and sound knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2-3 years as a Server in an upscale, high volume restaurant required
Minimum of 2 years in a Michelin recognized restaurant preferred
Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual.
Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service.
Full time flexible hours are required (able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays).
Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours; bend, push, pull; lift 30 lbs.
Proficient in computer skills including POS systems, Word and Excel.
