As the Restaurant Operations Manager, you will lead your TEAM to create an engaging work environment and ensure exceptional customer hospitality. Responsibilities include hiring and developing team members, conducting orientations, and creating tailored training plans. Additionally, you will manage schedules, address performance issues, resolve customer complaints, and oversee the financial performance of the restaurant. Job Requirements and Essential Functions High School Diploma or GED; College or University Degree preferred. 2-4 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, with Profit and Loss responsibilities. Basic personal computer literacy. Preference for internal promotion from the Assistant General Manager position. Must be at least 21 years old. Ability to pass background check and drug test. Reliable transportation is required. Basic business math, accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making abilities. Physical ability to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry trash containers, and maintain cleanliness. Ability to clean the parking lot and surrounding grounds of the restaurant. Must be able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop for 80% of the shift.
