Your Role at Raising Canes: The Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Leader in daily restaurant operations, upholding Raising Canes standards and culture in shift management responsibilities. The physical work environment involves working in a fast-paced kitchen, interacting with customers, and includes extended periods of walking, standing, lifting, and working outdoors and indoors in varied temperatures. It also involves handling food, allergens, industrial equipment, cleaning products, and using personal protective equipment.
