Our Team Members receive:

Pay $17.87 per hour PLUS average tips per hour of $4.19 - $4.67.

Primary Responsibilities:

A Restaurant Line Cook - Cold Side Team Member is responsible for the preparation, production, and service of visually appealing, high quality foods, on the "Cold Side" of the line; primarily in the Sandwich and Salad station, in accordance with Urban Plates' recipes and procedures.

Expected Behaviors: Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills. High energy with ability to work in a high-volume environment on a consistent basis. The ability to consistently maintain a clean, professional and presentable appearance and demeanor. Must have a ready smile and willingness to make a connection with each guest.
