A four star resort in the Pacific Northwest is looking to add a Restaurant General Manager to their team to lead service and F&B operations for a fine dining concept. This legendary property is know for its world class amenities and high end cuisine offerings. Position Requirements: 5-10 years of Restaurant Manager Experience GM level experience Fine Dining or Polished Casual Experience High volume ($10M+) Experience hiring, training, and mentoring employees and teams Financial experience overseeing food cost, labor cost, and inventory Knowledge of food and beverage trends, culinary techniques, and wine service

Compensation: $120,000 - $135,000 (commensurate with experience), future bonus program, 401k, comprehensive health insurance, PTO, health & wellness programs, cell phone reimbursement, onsite discounts and much more!
