Dining discounts and perks General Manager – Key Requirements & Responsibilities: 5+ years of management experience in high-volume, full-service restaurant dining

At least 2 years as a General Manager

Strong P&L, labor, and inventory management skills

Proven ability to lead floor operations in a high-volume setting

Skilled in hiring, training, and developing high-performing teams

ServSafe Manager and TiPS certified (or willing to obtain)

Proficient with POS and scheduling systems General Manager – Preferred Background & Skills: Experience with local marketing and events

Ability to manage online reviews and delivery platforms

Strong communication and leadership presence
