Hire, train, and develop a motivated front- and back-of-house team with a focus on service excellence and operational efficiency.
Manage financial performance, including budgeting, labor scheduling, and cost controls.
Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and ambiance that align with an elevated casual dining experience.
Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages growth, accountability, and teamwork.
Lead service with presence and professionalism, resolving guest concerns with urgency and care.
Ensure all safety, health, and regulatory guidelines are followed consistently.
Qualifications: 3+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service, upscale or upscale casual restaurant.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Proven success managing P&L, inventory, and labor costs.
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, guest-centered environment.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
