Ensure all safety, health, and regulatory guidelines are followed consistently. Qualifications: 3+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service, upscale or upscale casual restaurant. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Proven success managing P&L, inventory, and labor costs. Ability to thrive in a high-volume, guest-centered environment.
