Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications: 3+ years of GM experience in the DC area Strong financial acumen, with expertise in effectively managing controllable costs Expertise in staff development, including coaching, training, and leading team Strong proficiency in technology platforms such as POS, reservations, inventory management software, scheduling/employee communication platforms Restaurant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills: Italian cuisine and wine knowledge Upscale, high-volume restaurant background Experience managing events (private dining rooms) alongside a la carte service
