We are looking for our next Restaurant Leader at our beautiful Glynn County, Georgia, Resort! Candidates should have experience with high-volume casual, or upscale casual, low-country coastal dining. Restaurant General Manager Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in high-volume casual dining leadership Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits Calm demeanor and positive attitude Servant leadership style of management Hotel experience a plus Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities: Manage the front of house team with consistency and integrity Monitor and manage the beverage program, including pour cost, inventory, purchasing, and selection Create schedules that manage business needs and labor budget Coordinate with the culinary leadership on special offerings and service execution Work with the marketing team on promotional programming Other duties as assigned Restaurant General Manager Benefits: Excellent compensation Health plans 401K with match Additional perks
