Salary: $60,000 - $65,000

What You’ll Do:
  • Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a strong team dedicated to exceptional service and food quality
  • Maintain a culture focused on fresh, healthy food and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • Manage inventory, scheduling, P&L, and labor costs effectively
  • Promote local community engagement and uphold our values in the Charleston, SC market
What We’re Looking For:
  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in fast casual
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, people-first approach
  • Passion for healthy, fresh food
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly
  • Familiarity with the Charleston, SC food scene is a plus
