Key Responsibilities: Control daily operations of the restaurant Manage profitability and weekly inventories Conduct weekly manager meetings and write monthly reviews for assistants Oversee recruitment, selection, and development of employees Ensure compliance with state and local laws, including DHEC rules and alcohol laws Requirements: 4+ years of restaurant management experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Computer literate in Microsoft Office Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently Flexible, results-driven, and detail-oriented Physical Requirements: Occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds Extended periods of time spent walking and/or standing
