The Position: General Manager Our team is seeking a talented General Manager with a strong team orientation, a love of delicious food, and a commitment to excellent service. The GM must be committed to supporting an inclusive, innovative, and collaborative culture. GMs will help drive restaurant operations; they get pleasure out of making others happy, managing projects, and actively sharing feedback. This is the perfect role for someone who can work in a fast-paced environment while still managing daily tasks. Responsibilities
Direct all hiring and training for the front-of- house team
Upholding company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of our guests and staff
Oversee and ensure that all company systems and policies are maintained
Work with Operations on executing and forecasting budgets.
Conduct employee evaluations as necessary
Enforce and maintain all labor laws and practices
Train values and maintain the integrity of the culture.
What Makes You Great
You have at least 5 years in Assistant General Manager and/or General Manager roles at high-volume, full-service restaurants.
You understand that your team's success is your success. Therefore, you have a proven track record of nurturing and developing high-performing teams of at least 3 managers.
You exemplify the highest standards of honesty and integrity
You are highly confident in your abilities and are detail-oriented.
You are a team player and have excellent communication skills.
You genuinely get joy out of making people happy and can have fun while working
You have a love and passion for the hospitality industry.

Location: This position is located in New York, NY
The base pay range for this position is a salary range of $125,000 - $150,000 per year.
