A premier, high-volume restaurant in Miami is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive financial performance. This role is ideal for a dynamic, polished, and strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations Lead and develop a high-performing management and hourly team Ensure exceptional guest service and a consistent premium experience Manage P&L, inventory, labor cost, and budget controls Drive team accountability through systems, training, and culture Maintain compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity at all times Requirements: 5+ years of GM-level experience in upscale or high-volume dining concepts Strong leadership presence and ability to coach, develop, and retain talent Experience managing $8M+ annual revenue operations Proven track record of hitting financial targets and improving guest satisfaction Ability to maintain composure and deliver results under pressure Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
