We have openings for Part-Time Restaurant Crew Members working 30-40 hours per week Monday-Friday day shift at Café Yumm! On Monroe on the North side of the Oregon State University Campus in Corvallis, OR. These positions will qualify for the insurance benefits listed below.

Only those available to work over 30 hours per week for day shifts Monday through Friday will be considered. Those with flexible availability and a desire to eventually move into a leadership role will be given preference. Wages & Benefits for All Team Members: Starting base wage $16.55/hour plus $5.89/hour in tips (based on a 12-month average of hourly tips from 7/1/2024-6/30/2025). Job Responsibilities: Learn all stations in the restaurant: cashier, deluxe bar, dishwasher, expeditor, food preparation, grill/salads, starts/hot bar. Set high standards of consistency in food preparation and cleanliness, and work steadily. Provide service that is remarkable, memorable, fun, and informative. Job Requirements: 16 years of age or older. Possess "can do" attitude. Arrive on time for every shift. Sufficient command of the English language to be able to read and understand the POS system. Education and Experience: Possess or be able to obtain a valid Oregon Food Handler's Permit. Possession of either a High School Diploma or GED Certificate is preferred.
