*Job Description:* We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading our team and ensuring the efficient operation of our restaurant. The Assistant General Manager will assist in overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring an outstanding guest experience, and helping to drive the restaurant’s success.
*Key Responsibilities *
* Operational Support: Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, including food preparation, customer service, and maintaining cleanliness standards. * Staff Supervision: Support in recruiting, training, and supervising staff, and help to create a positive and productive work environment. Assist in managing staff schedules and performance evaluations. * Customer Service: Ensure all customers receive exceptional service. Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. * Financial Assistance: Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability. Help monitor sales and expenses, and contribute to financial reporting. * Inventory Management: Help maintain appropriate stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory to reduce waste and ensure freshness. * Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations, company policies, and franchise standards. * Community Engagement: Participate in local marketing initiatives and community events to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
*Qualifications *
* Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-casual or quick-service environment. * Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. * Customer Focus: Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. * Financial Acumen: Experience in budget management, financial reporting, and cost control. * Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. * Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $45,702.00 - $46,777.00 per year
