Description Join our team at UCHealth Pikes Peak Regional Hospital, located in Woodland Park, CO, as a part-time Respiratory Care Therapist. We are looking for dedicated individuals to work 48 hours per pay period on the night shifts. Enjoy a competitive pay range of $31.61 to $47.41 per hour, based on your relevant experience. Minimum Requirements: Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program. Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). State licensure in respiratory therapy. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, with the card valid for at least sixty days after hire. Certification in ACLS, PALS, and NRP within the first year of employment and ongoing thereafter. Your Role: As a Respiratory Therapist, you will: Provide exceptional direct patient care, utilizing respiratory therapy protocols and best practices. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve outstanding patient care outcomes. Leverage evidence-based practices and prioritize patient wellness. Mentor and precept new healthcare staff and students. Adapt to new knowledge and technologies in a fast-paced clinical setting. Contribute to safety and quality at the point of care.
