Job Overview Uncle Mike's Home Service LLC is looking to hire two Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing Field Operations team. In this full-time, on-site role, you'll be the face of our company-responsible for diagnosing issues, recommending solutions, and ensuring homeowners feel confident and informed about their HVAC systems. Key Responsibilities- Perform HVAC system diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance- Communicate clearly with homeowners about issues found and recommendations- Conduct detailed system evaluations and take performance readings- Perform seasonal tune-ups and routine service visits- Create a positive customer experience through professionalism and transparency- Document service findings and recommendations using company systems- Ensure tools, equipment, and company vehicle are maintained and organized- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards- Work independently and manage daily schedule effectively

Qualifications- Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills- Valid driver's license in good standing- EPA 608 Certification required- Able to maintain professionalism in homes and during customer interactions- Willingness to work occasional weekends or extended hours as needed
