Recovery Ready Workplace (committed to supporting employees impacted by S.U.D) Responsibilities: Plan and implement meaningful resident services programs for the residents of our apartment building.

Prepare outreach materials, flyers, and communication about events, news, and updates related to our community and services.

Collaborate with the site management and maintenance team to provide education and support that enhances tenant stability, tenancy preservation, and other mutual goals.

Meet with residents to make referrals to community services to support resident success.

Build partnerships with community partners to address the needs of our residents.

Facilitate resident engagement programs.

Provide case management support to households, as needed.

Skills and Qualifications: Experience working in the social work field, supportive housing, or residential property management is preferred.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to develop positive and trusting working relationships with the residents, and work collaboratively with diverse clients.

Organization skills, commuter literacy, and ability to plan and implement events.
