We value candidates who are: Ready to conduct 25+ sessions per week Behavioral health generalists open to working with couples and children, with our support Professionals who appreciate autonomy while thriving in a team environment Interested in clinical leadership or supervisory opportunities Committed to high ethical standards—integrity and quality care are our priorities Qualifications: Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPCMH, or Licensed Psychologist credential in Delaware Must reside in and be licensed in the state where services are provided Compensation: Earn up to $100,300, depending on licensure, session volume, and bonuses.
