Responsibilities Meet new business production goals and objectives as established Be outstanding at relationship building. One call closers preferred. Cold call, direct email, internet lead generation activities using our CRM platform. Placing 100 outbound calls per day. Maintain knowledge of products and coverages for all property and casualty products. Some evenings and weekends (flex schedule) The "golden hours" of selling
Requirement Property & Casualty license - required. Minimum of 2+ year previous Allstate experience - required. Minimum 2 years prior successful sales experience is required. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Must be highly self-motivated . Self-driven and goal-oriented individual. Be equipped with great listening and closing skills. Be coachable. Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
