Bachelor's degree preferred. A minimum of one year of work experience as a registered nurse in an emergency department setting requiredRequired Licensure, Certifications, RegistrationsLicensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state.Current Basic Life Support (BLS)required, either a certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or AHA recognized equivalent) or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider.  Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required.
