Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and support office logistics Assist with data entry, filing, and document preparation Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations Support special projects and administrative tasks as needed What We’re Looking For:
1–3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment A friendly, can-do attitude and a professional appearance What’s In It for You:
