Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, or patients with professionalism and warmth
Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly
Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings
Oversee front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures
Maintain and update records using office software or EMR/EHR systems
Perform general clerical tasks: filing, scanning, faxing, and email correspondence
Provide administrative support to managers, departments, or clinical staff
Assist with data entry, calendar management, and office supply coordination
Common Platforms Used
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)
CRM or Scheduling Tools (Salesforce, Calendly, Zoho, or similar)
EMR/EHR Systems (Epic, Cerner, NextGen – for medical roles)
Document Management Systems (DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint)
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of clerical or administrative experience (general office or medical office)
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office software
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual in Spanish a plus (not required)
