Receptionist/Administrative Service Coordinator Lincoln Tech is seeking a receptionist/administrative service coordinator to oversee our front desk operations and handle various administrative duties. At Lincoln Tech, we understand the significance of the first impression, and you will play a key role as the initial point of contact for our campus. Welcoming students, visitors, and callers with warmth and professionalism, you'll set the tone for their experience with us. Work hours: Mon through Thurs 3:30-8 pm and Saturday 8:30 AM-1PM. Responsibilities of a receptionist/administrative service coordinator include: Handling administrative tasks, such as new start paperwork, letters and correspondence, audit assistance, bookstore inventory Receiving students and visitors at the front desk Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls Completing audits of student files and sending results to registrar Producing letters and other correspondence as well as reconciling start folders with registrar Checking references; arranging for background checks and drug tests Delivering employee orientation presentations for all new hires and maintaining employee ACICS files Coordinating with financial aid for overdue payments, relative to title IV requirements Solid written and verbal communication skills, multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including some Saturdays are required.
