Duties and Responsibilities: Personalize the customer experience using skills and product knowledge to problem solve and offer solutions. Assist pharmacists with filling and processing prescriptions. Support the pharmacy by performing clerical functions. Perform other job functions as needed. Qualifications: Current national certification with up to date CE requirements. Strong communication, customer service, and time-management skills. High levels of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Effective interpersonal skills and desire to work in a fast-paced, team environment. Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job. Physical Requirements: Standing and using a computer for extended periods. Frequent bending at the knees and waist. Use hands frequently, often involving fine motor skills.
