Active psychiatric treatment with 24-hour access to a psychiatrist. Medication administration and monitoring, if clinically indicated. An after-care plan linked to the presenting problem and behaviors that resulted in the admission and addresses post-hospitalization needs. Staff will collaborate with community providers during the course of treatment to ensure a smooth transition back into the community and to the next appropriate level of care.
