What We’re Looking For We’re interested in hiring dedicated provisionally licensed clinicians in North Carolina who are eager to make a difference and grow their careers. Ideally, you should possess: Full-time availability (30 hours/week - 25+ client visits with 5 hours for administrative tasks including supervision meetings). Experience as a behavioral health generalist, open to working with couples and children. Autonomy in your practice, while appreciating the benefits of teamwork. A strong character with integrity, commitment, and a dedication to quality care. A residence within 45 minutes of the Charlotte office, with the ability to work in-office during the probationary period before transitioning to a hybrid model (50% in-office and 50% remote). Flexibility in your work schedule. Qualifications: Currently seeking licensure in North Carolina. A graduate of an accredited 60-credit hour counseling program. Approved by the board as a LCSWA. Experience in counseling, specifically treating depression and anxiety. Experience with intakes and diagnosing independently is preferred, under licensed supervision. Compensation: Earn up to $55,500, based on licensure, session volume, and potential bonuses.
