WHAT WE ARE SEEKING We have assignments available to help our retail broker clients in Commercial and/or Personal Lines Claims Representative positions. Responsibilities include: Prepare and submit First Report of Claims to carriers. Document, track, and facilitate claims assignments. Communicate with clients/insureds, carriers/adjusters, and internal contacts. Work in agency management system to document communications and track claims. Generate claims reports. Experience with an agency management system desired. Current high demand for Epic experience.
