Welcome every customer, guiding them in choosing the right products and answering all inquiries. Handle sales transactions efficiently, including returns and exchanges. Receive and verify product deliveries into the POS System, ensuring shipment accuracy. Restock merchandise as needed to maintain inventory levels. Keep the store tidy, ensuring an orderly shopping environment. Organize the storage area, keeping it well-stocked and accessible. Unpack and manage incoming shipments, ensuring timely processing. Label and price items accurately for display. Conduct regular inventory checks to minimize loss due to theft or errors. What You Bring: Outstanding customer service skills with a passion for helping others. A motivated and energetic approach to work. A willingness to learn and grow within the role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic Qualifications: At least 1 year of sales and customer service experience. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 40lbs. Basic math skills for transaction handling. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience in visual merchandising is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or GED.
