As a Senior Project Manager (Project Manager III) , you’ll serve as a key leader within the Project Management Office (PMO), overseeing high-visibility programs and collaborating closely with senior leadership and strategic clients to define scope, timelines, and success metrics. How You’ll Drive Impact As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in executing complex retail and construction programs, mentoring emerging project leaders, and ensuring excellence across all stages of the project lifecycle — from estimating and engineering to production and installation. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary client liaison for strategic accounts and multi-site programs.
Lead program planning, resource allocation, and milestone tracking across concurrent projects.
Manage project scope, budget, and risk to achieve financial and operational targets.
Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Estimating, and Production teams to drive alignment.
Facilitate kickoff meetings, executive status updates, and steering-committee reviews.
Oversee value-engineering initiatives and profitability assessments.
Mentor Project Manager I/II team members, fostering best practices and continuous improvement.
Forecast workload and resource requirements to optimize performance.
Champion PMO development and process standardization.
Ensure all deliverables meet safety, quality, and compliance standards.
About You You’re a seasoned project leader with a track record of managing complex, high-visibility programs and a passion for mentoring others. You combine strong business acumen with operational discipline and thrive in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
5+ years of progressive project or program management experience.
Demonstrated success leading large, multi-site retail, construction, or manufacturing programs.
Strong financial literacy — familiarity with cost structures, contribution margin, and profitability.
Advanced proficiency in ERP/CRM systems (Epicor, Salesforce preferred).
PMP certification or equivalent project management credential preferred.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
