Key Job Elements Develop project scopes and objectives with stakeholders, ensuring accuracy Coordinate testing and acceptance resources, manage availability and allocation Create detailed project plans using MS Project and SharePoint Measure performance, report issues, risks, and escalate as needed Manage scope changes and update plans accordingly Coordinate third-party solution integration and testing Develop implementation strategies aligned with business needs Lead support and development teams post-release Evaluate technology solutions for business support Report project status to leadership Maintain comprehensive project documentation Perform additional duties as assigned Education / Training Bachelors degree in IT-related field preferred Qualifications and Experience At least 3 years managing IT projects, data centers, cloud, or enterprise software; team management experience PMP certification preferred Experience with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, JIRA Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), cloud services (AWS preferred), ITIL framework Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills Experience with large software/infrastructure programs and multi-tasking Benefits Competitive salary, 401(k) with match, comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, education assistance, recognition programs, and potential relocation/sign-on bonuses.
