About the Role:

The Project Manager will oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in project planning, coordination, and execution while serving as the main point of contact between clients, subcontractors, and the internal project team.

What You’ll Do: Manage day-to-day project operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination

Review project plans and specifications, ensuring work aligns with scope and client expectations

Maintain strong communication with owners, architects, engineers, and field staff

Monitor project progress, identify challenges, and implement solutions proactively

Support preconstruction efforts such as estimating, bids, and proposals

Foster a collaborative and positive project culture that supports long-term client relationships

What We’re Looking For: Experience in commercial construction (project management, assistant project management, or related role)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to lead and motivate teams while balancing multiple priorities

Familiarity with construction processes, scheduling, and cost management
