Overview
Seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead Oracle WMS Rewrite initiative , modernizing legacy Oracle Forms into Angular, MuleFlex Gateway, and Spring Boot . This role requires a strong mix of strategic leadership, hands-on delivery management, and executive stakeholder engagement .
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end program execution: roadmap, milestones, scope, and deliverables.
Oversee Architecture, Dev, QA, and Deployment with minimal business disruption.
Drive Agile best practices across cross-functional teams (BA, Architecture, Dev, QA).
Manage risks/issues around integration, data migration, performance & security.
Provide executive-level status reporting to IT leadership & business sponsors.
Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams and third-party vendors.
Required Experience
12+ years in IT Program Management (enterprise app modernization).
Strong expertise with Oracle-based enterprise systems & supply chain apps .
Proven track record in UI modernization (Oracle Forms modern frameworks).
Skilled in Agile/Scrum , hybrid delivery (onshore/offshore).
Excellent stakeholder management & executive communication skills.
Familiarity with cloud, microservices, API integrations .
Preferred Skills
Retail / Supply chain transformation experience.
Knowledge of Oracle WMS or similar legacy systems.
PMP, Agile, or SAFe certifications.
The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, trainic licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
The salary range displays the minimum and maximum targets for this position across all US locations and has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000 . Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits, or variable bonus programs. Final compensation decisions will depend on the unique facts and circumstances of each candidate.
