We are actively seeking a Production Line Lead to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!

As our Production Line Lead, you'll make an impact by: Providing hands-on training to production team members using work instructions and SOPs. Monitoring team performance, offering constructive feedback and guidance to improve efficiency and quality. Operating machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures. Assembling products or components following detailed instructions and quality standards. Inspecting products for defects and ensure they meet quality specifications. Maintaining a clean and organized work area. Assisting in identifying and resolving operational issues that may impact production goals. Promoting and enforce adherence to safety protocols and company policies. Collaborating with the Production Lead to implement process improvements. What you need to succeed: High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead by example and motivate team members. Basic knowledge of safety and quality standards. Eagerness to learn and grow within the company. Demonstrated ability or willingness to become a certified operator in the work center within 60 days of starting the position. Lift up to 50 pounds (100-pound requirement for bulk), with some overhead lifting) Ability to bend, twist stoop, push, pull and walk across uneven surfaces while working. To better ensure for the operational performance and safety of the business and the individual, the ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English is required.
