Dunkin Restaurant Baker

**This position requires a typical shift time of 1am-6 or 9am.**

A Dunkin Restaurant Baker is generally responsible for preparing and baking product according to Dunkin Brands operational standard. We are looking for a person that is knowledgeable in baking, creative and truly enjoys baking.

MUST BE 18+ TO APPLY FOR JBOD / POSITION SCHEDULE REQUIRES OVERNIGHT TIMES BEGINNING AT 1AM.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Follow Brand standards, recipes and systems
  • Follow food safety standards
  • Prepare food and beverages
  • Understand restaurant menu including limited time offers and promotions
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Clean equipment and guest areas
  • Understands ordering, inventory and supply
  • Merchandising product
  • Creative in decorating donuts
  • Understands what are guest are looking for in our product
  • Clean dishes
  • Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
  • Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas

Education/Experience:

  • Experience is not required

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

  • Standing on feet
  • Repetitive motion including bending, stooping and reaching
  • Lifting objects including boxes, ice and product up to 40lbs (if applicable)
  • Working in a small space

Schedule:

  • 6 or 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Sunday
  • Night shift

Must be willing to work at 1am for 6-8 hours
