The Product Manager Lowe’s Media Network and marketing technology capabilities owns the vision and strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for individual products within the MarTech & Media Network teama product group. Responsibilities include writing stories to define outcomes and product requirements as well as planning and managing product features through the product development process. This role manages the product backlog while prioritizing work and making product-related decisions based on the needs and expectations of customers and stakeholders. Finally, this role will focus on identifying key gaps in product features, capturing product requirements, and defining outcomes or objectives and key results (OKRs).

What You Will Do
About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of key capabilities across our Retail Media Network and Martech platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for defining product features, improving the customer and advertiser experience, and aligning your work with enterprise marketing, monetization, and platform growth objectives.
You’ll partner closely with engineering, data science, ad operations, marketing, and analytics teams to define, build, and launch high-impact features that drive engagement, performance, and ROI. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of ad tech, Martech, and data platforms and is passionate about building scalable, customer-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmapping
Develop and maintain the product roadmap aligned to organizational OKRs across Retail Media and Martech portfolios.
Translate business and partner goals into actionable product initiatives that support media monetization, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and marketing automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prioritization reflects strategic value and customer impact.
Customer Journey & Experience
Own the end-to-end user experience across campaign creation, activation, reporting, and optimization.
Make data-informed decisions to enhance product usability and performance for advertisers, marketers, and internal users.
Integrate insights from brand/category trends, historical performance, and user feedback into product enhancements.
Measurement & Optimization
Define success metrics (e.g., ROAS, CTR, engagement, retention) and consistently monitor product health.
Work with engineering and analytics to implement tracking and reporting capabilities across Retail Media and Martech products.
Use data to drive optimization frameworks for ad spend, segmentation, and campaign performance.
Agile Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership
Lead agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews) and ensure alignment across engineering, ad operations, and marketing.
Prioritize development workstreams and manage dependencies to deliver high-quality, timely releases.
Partner with product marketing and operations to ensure successful go-to-market enablement.
Stakeholder & Partner Alignment
Serve as the product point of contact for internal stakeholders including Media Network, Martech, Marketing Ops, and Engineering.
Contribute to shared prioritization discussions and guide trade-offs between business value, technical feasibility, and user needs.
Influence partner roadmaps to ensure alignment with campaign lifecycle tools and marketing platforms.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree) and 2 years of experience in two or more of the following: project management, product management, business analysis, program management, experimentation, or product marketing
1 year of experience in product and/or experience management
Experience in an agile software environment with strong writing ability
Experience working cross-functionally in a large organization
Experience working closely with senior leadership
Experience translating data into quantifiable actions/deliverables
Preferred Skills/Education
3–5+ years of product management experience, preferably in Retail Media, AdTech, or MarTech.
Experience working with advertising platforms, marketing automation tools, CDPs, or media measurement systems.
Master's Degree in business administration or similar advanced degree

Pay Range: $75,300.00 - $143,100.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
