How you'll contribute As an Inpatient Therapist , you will: Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions for patients facing psychiatric and substance abuse challenges, ensuring precise patient documentation is maintained.

Conduct therapy sessions to educate patients about their psychological, emotional, and substance abuse issues.

Engage actively in the treatment planning process to facilitate comprehensive care for our patients.

Offer family counseling sessions to foster effective communication and involvement of family members and support systems.

Maintain proactive communication with clients, families, and external referral sources regarding the treatment process.

What we're looking for Candidates should possess a Master's degree in social work or counseling along with applicable state licensure. Additional qualifications include: Experience working with psychiatric and substance dependency patients.

Current, unencumbered clinical license as per state guidelines.

Certification in CPR and CPI within 30 days of employment, with flexibility in work hours as needed.
