Job Details

Requirements: 3-6 years of experience in trust and estate planning LLM in Tax required Florida Bar admission required Experience from established mid-size or large law firm Strong academic credentials Experience with estate planning, trust administration, and tax matters Excellent client communication skills

Primary Responsibilities: Draft and implement comprehensive estate plans focusing on wealth preservation and transfer Structure ownership arrangements for family businesses and closely-held entities Handle estate and trust administration matters Assist with tax planning strategies for individuals and family offices Work with high-net-worth clients on multi-generational planning Collaborate with firm's tax, corporate, and litigation teams Support family office services initiatives Participate in business succession planning
