About the Role
We’re building a next-generation Retail Media Network (RMN) powered by rich first-party shopper data and a robust retail ecosystem. Our goal is to deliver high-impact advertising solutions for brands while elevating the customer experience.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Leader to define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our retail media platform. This role sits at the intersection of ad tech, retail, and product innovation, and involves close collaboration with engineering, data science, sales, marketing, and merchandising teams.
You’ll lead the development of advertiser-facing products including campaign management tools, targeting capabilities, and measurement solutions — all designed to maximize advertiser ROI and retail revenue while maintaining a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for our Retail Media Network.
Build scalable, privacy-compliant advertiser solutions: campaign creation, targeting, optimization, and reporting.
Partner with engineering to deliver robust ad serving, audience segmentation, and attribution platforms.
Innovate across ad formats: onsite sponsored products, offsite display, CTV/streaming, and more.
Develop closed-loop measurement and attribution frameworks including incrementality testing.
Collaborate with data science to leverage first-party retail data for targeting and insights.
Lead product discovery, experimentation, and validation of new opportunities.
Align cross-functional stakeholders including executives, merchants, and advertisers.
Minimum Qualifications
12+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in ad tech, martech, or retail media.
Proven experience building advertiser self-serve platforms or two-sided marketplaces.
Strong technical fluency — comfortable working with APIs, ad delivery systems, data pipelines, and reporting tools.
Deep understanding of the ad tech ecosystem: DSPs/SSPs, ad servers, bidding, attribution, identity resolution.
Familiarity with first-party retail data and closed-loop measurement.
Demonstrated success in launching and scaling products from 0→1.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on advertising.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in retail, eCommerce, or consumer-facing platforms.
Exposure to machine learning-driven personalization or targeting.
Background in startup or high-growth environments.
Familiarity with clean room technologies (., Snowflake, Habu, LiveRamp).
