Position: Primary Care Nurse Practitioner – (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Location: Bronx, New York
Schedule: Monday–Friday

About the Opportunity
A large, well-established multispecialty group with locations throughout the Greater NYC area is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join its Bronx team. This is an outpatient-only role with no hospital or call responsibilities. The position offers flexibility for either full-time or part-time schedules (minimum 3 days per week).

New graduates are welcome to apply, and H1B visa sponsorship is available. Candidates may choose to see patients of all ages or adults only.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions

  • Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized care plans

  • Educate patients on preventive health measures, disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care

  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation.

Qualifications

  • Active/Eligible New York State Nurse Practitioner license

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible

  • Ability to see patients of all ages

  • Spanish language proficiency a plus, not required
