Job responsibilities

• Prepares and serves entire campus snacks and lunches on time.
• Stocks and organizes all food items, incorporating a stock rotation system.
• Implements a regular cleaning schedule to include all other components (shelves, walls, drawers, storage areas) on a regular rotational basis in order to maintain highest sanitation standards.
• Maintains an awareness of and abides by all dietary restrictions and allergies of enrolled children.
• Stocks kitchen with foods in sufficient quantity to serve the posted menu.
• Serves as a school liaison and quality control point and participates in the orientation of new school personnel.
• Assists with completion of Brand Standard, Regulatory, and Accreditation paperwork, as requested.

Position is primarily Monday-Friday from 7:00am-3:00 pm with an occasional evening meeting. Hours may vary based on needs of the school.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Two-year minimum of food service cooking experience.
• CPR and 1st aid certified or will obtain certification upon hire.
• ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic - must be a team player!

CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:

• Must be able to have a flexible schedule between the hours of 6:30am-6:30pm
• Must be willing to undergo a background check and pass a drug screening
