Prep Cook/Line Server

SAGE Dining Services® is seeking a Prep Cook/Line Server to join our team at a private day school. This person will be working in production, which includes preparing vegetables, making composed salads from scratch, steaming, sauteing, and light cooking. This position will also serve students and faculty during lunch service. SAGE offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, continuous training, and room to grow your food service career! Schedule: Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Catering events upon notice Occasional Saturday Catering with notice Key Responsibilities: Assemble composed salads following recipes. Large volume vegetable prep. Making wraps/sandwiches. Steaming, sauteing, and roasting, following recipes. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. You would be joining an amazing company! Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members. Maintain the customer service areas to ensure our guests enjoy amazing dining experiences. Prepare assigned menu items in accordance with SAGE recipes. Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP). What you'll need:
Experience as a prep cook or line server in a commercial kitchen preferred. Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately. Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner and provide service with a smile!
