Key Responsibilities: Wash, chop, and prepare vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients. Measure and portion ingredients according to recipes. Assist in basic cooking tasks, such as grilling, frying, and mixing. Label, date, and store food properly to maintain freshness. Maintain a clean and organized prep station. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist line cooks and chefs as needed. Qualifications: Previous experience as a prep cook or in a similar role preferred. Basic knife skills and knowledge of food safety practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Team player with good communication skills.
