SAGE Dining Services® is seeking a dedicated Prep Cook to join our team at a private school in the Roland Park neighborhood. The primary focus of this role is preparing meals for kindergarten and first-grade students, including making cold sandwiches, chopping and portioning fresh vegetables, and preparing snacks. Additional responsibilities include assisting with general kitchen prep, supporting the salad bar, and maintaining a clean, sanitary work environment. Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members. Maintain the customer service areas to ensure our guests enjoy amazing dining experiences. Prepare assigned menu items in accordance with SAGE recipes. Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP). What you'll need:

Experience as a prep cook or line server in a commercial kitchen preferred. Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately. Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner and provide service with a smile!
